- Wash clean and cut chicken and marinate with ginger garlic paste, dhania, Pudina, green chillies salt and pepper
- Over night marination is best
- Take the almonds and make a smooth paste and keep aside
- Take a pan and tawa fry the onions till they turn transparant
- Take the onions and add curd and grind it to a smooth paste.Keep aside.
- Take a grill pan and slightly grill the chicken.You can even barbeque it.I toasted the chicken slightly on direct flame for the Smokey effect(put the chicken pieces on a skewker)
- Take a non stick pan and add whole garam masala
- Now add the onion and curd gravy
- When it bubbles add the chicken and let it cook for 10 mins
- Then gradually add the almond paste.
- This will thicken the gravy
- Garnish with fresh mint
- Serve hot with rice or roti
