  1. Firstly, wash and soak sago in water for one hour.
  2. After one hour strain the water and keep washed sago in a bowl. Cover it and keep it for 4-5 hours. After 4-5 hours it's ready to use.
  3. In a big bowl take soaked Sago, add boiled potatoes, green chilli paste, grated ginger, roasted peanut powder, coriander leaves and salt.
  4. Combine well and start giving it a shape of Vada. Meanwhile heat oil in a kadhai
  5. Deep fry all sabudana Vada in batches on high flame and take it out on kitchen towel.
  6. Sabudana Vada is ready to serve enjoy it with coconut chutney or ketchup.
