- Firstly, wash and soak sago in water for one hour.
- After one hour strain the water and keep washed sago in a bowl. Cover it and keep it for 4-5 hours. After 4-5 hours it's ready to use.
- In a big bowl take soaked Sago, add boiled potatoes, green chilli paste, grated ginger, roasted peanut powder, coriander leaves and salt.
- Combine well and start giving it a shape of Vada. Meanwhile heat oil in a kadhai
- Deep fry all sabudana Vada in batches on high flame and take it out on kitchen towel.
- Sabudana Vada is ready to serve enjoy it with coconut chutney or ketchup.
