Instructions to make Sabudana vada:
- In a bowl, Add sabudana/sago with mashed potatoes,jeera,chillies,crushed peanuts, coriander and salt.
- Mix well light for a dough.
- Heat oil to deep fry.
- Make small tikkis of the sabudana dough with help of water on to your palms.
- Deey fry sabudana vada on low to medium flame (please make sure that the oil is well heated).
- Let fry untill golden and brown.
- Serve with sweet curd, sweet /spicy chuttney.
