  2. Take 4 boiled potatoes

Steps to make Batata vada:
  1. Slice onions, green chilli, curry leaves.
  2. Pressure Cook potatoes for 3 whistles.
  3. Peel off boiled potatoes.
  4. Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add oil, once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts crackle add onions, green chilli, curry leaves, add salt and turmeric, roast it, add ginger garlic paste. Roast it.
  5. Once the onion becomes brown add mashed potatoes. Mix it. Add red chiili powder, coriander powder. Mix it well. Once it completely cooked turn off the stove.
  6. Take besan in a bowl, add salt, chilli powder, cooking soda. Add water. Mix it well.
  7. Make the aloo curry into balls.
  8. Dip the aloo balls in the besan flour. Deep fry it.
  9. Take it into a bowl and serve hot.
