  1. Put a kadai on flame, add two spoon oil and add mustard seeds green chillies and curry leaves, crackle it then add mashed potato add salt,red chili powder, amchur powder lemon juice and coriander leaves, stir or for a minute then take it out and keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile make a thick paste of besan and add spices.
  3. Make small round shape balls and dip it into besan paste and deep fry.
  4. Serve it hot with green chutney and tomato sauce, you can put batata Vada inside pav and enjoy.
