- Make ready 2 tbsp Dry Chutney of Garlic (goda masala)
- Prepare As per requirement Oil for frying
- Make ready For serving

Vada Pav is the most famous Mumbai roadside snack. The vada is made of a potato filling deep fried in a batter. It is served inside a small "Laddi Pav". The Vada Pav has become so famous that it is now a popular snack all over the country and features on the menus of Indian restaurants even abroad.
Instructions to make Inside-Out Pav Vada:
- For Vada Masala: Smash the boil potatoes. Make tempering. Take a pan on low flame add oil, mustard seeds let it crackled. Add asafoetida and green chilli garlic ginger paste.
- Add chopped curry leaves, Turmeric Powder. Give it a nice mix. Add to smash Potatoes.
- Now add salt, kitchen king masala. Mix it vada masala is ready.
- For batter :. Take a bowl add besan, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, carrom seeds.
- Mix it. Add little little water. Make lumps free batter.
- Make all ingredients for assembling ready.
- Assemble :. Cut the pav from the middle apply green chutney, dry Masala of garlic. Place vada flatten ball.
- Put oil on Medium flame for frying. Make all pav vada assemble. Now add baking soda in batter. Take one vada deep in the batter. Cover all the sides.
- Put it in hot oil. Fry it from both side till get golden.
- Take it out on kitchen towel. Fry it all. Serve hot. Cut it and serve with fried Chillies and Chutney.
