To give rectangular biscuit shape cut the curved edges of the round bhakri and then cut the remaining square in 2 halves. You may give any shape of your choice. OR JUST keep it round.
  4. Now heat the Clay Griddle (mitti tava). Heat it on a high flame once it's heated..reduce the flame and roast the Bhakri on low flame by pessing it with the roti pesser from both sides untill it's crisp. NOTE: u may use regular griddle in case if you don't have clay griddle.
