- Allow the dough to rest for 5 mins. Now pull small ball from the dough and roll in round shape with the help of rolling pin. To give rectangular biscuit shape cut the curved edges of the round bhakri and then cut the remaining square in 2 halves. You may give any shape of your choice. OR JUST keep it round.
- Now heat the Clay Griddle (mitti tava). Heat it on a high flame once it's heated..reduce the flame and roast the Bhakri on low flame by pessing it with the roti pesser from both sides untill it's crisp. NOTE: u may use regular griddle in case if you don't have clay griddle.
