- First of all soak sabudana for 3 to 4 hours and let it become soft. Boil potatoes in cooker and drain water from it and peel off it.
- Then take a utensil and smash it properly and mix it with soaked sabudana. Add crushed chillies into it. Add salt, jeera, red chilli powder, til and lemon juice into it.
- Mix it well and make equal portion of it. Take each portion and roll it. Rub some oil in your palm and make patties of each portion gently. When all patties are ready, it's time to fry!
- Heat oil in a non -stick pan and shallow fry all the patties till it becomes golden brown. Use tissue paper.
- So yummy tasty sabudana patties are ready to eat. You can eat these sabudana patties with curd.
