  1. Soak the sabudana for 30 mins. Make a paste of green chillies - ginger. Boil the potato. Cool, peel and mash
  2. Mix the mash potato to the soaked sabudana
  3. Add green chilli-ginger paste, lime juice, peanuts and salt and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  4. Make balls and heat oil. Deep fry in batches
  5. Plate and serve with yoghurt or any dip
