  1. First boiled potatoes 🥔 and cool it.. then after leave the skin of potato and cut it in small pieces..
  2. And then after take one pan and heat oil and splutter mustard seed, a pinch of hing and some curry leaves. And aslo add ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste and fresh coriander and turmeric and saute for 30 second.
  3. And then add cuts potato and add above spices into cut potato.. and mixed it well.. and then make a round roll.
  4. After then prepare besan batter. For tht add salt turmeric pinch of baking soda hing and little water.. make a batter little thicker.. and dip in and coat well.
  5. Dip fry in hoi oil.. fry vada on low flame and turns golden brown and crisp.
  6. Now take the ladi pav and slit half.. and spread green chutney meetha chutney and sry garlic chutney.. place the prepared vada in middle of paav.. press the vadapav and serve immediately..
