  4. Knead this to a soft dough. The dough has to be nonsticky. - Drizzle in 1 tblspn of oil and knead well. - Cover and set aside to rise for 1 hour.
  5. When the dough gets double in size give some more bunches
  6. Now divide the dough in three equal parts. And again divide them in two parts each.
  7. Make balls and roll them like chapati. I made 9” chapati from each, so got six chapatis
  8. Take on chapati on a baking paper apply some garlic chutney. Place little filling in the center.
  9. Now keep filling around the circumference giving a round shape as shown
  10. Cover it with the other rolled chapati and place a small bowl in the middle. See pic
  11. With the help of a sharp knife give cuts as shown keeping the center intact
  12. Now lift and twist each cut. This will look like a sunflower. Sprinkle some dry garli- coconut chutney masala. Put some sesame seeds and kalongi in the middle.
