- Take 1 tsp chilli garlic paste
- Get 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- Make ready Water to mix batter
- Prepare 1/4 tsp ajwain

- Soak daal for 30inutes… Later Boil daal by adding hing salt an furmeric powder by giving 2 whistle… As daal gets boiled than smash it with smasher and keep aside… Now in a kadai add oil than add mustard seeds.. Let it splitters than add slice onions and let it cook till it gets translucent
- Later add brinjal and bottle guard saute untill soft now add red chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder and tomatoes.. And mix well
- As it gets mixed a the cooked add sambhar masala powder and salt mix well than add water.. And let it cook for 7to10 minutes
- Now as masala gets cooked.. Than transfer this masala into daal add water if needed.. Mix well
- Now cover it with lid and give 2 whistle… Sambhar is ready
- For vada.. Mix all the ingredients in mashed potatoes and make balls.. Make batter of besan add salt red chilli powder and ajwain water and mix it batter could be medium consistency… Dip balls in batter and fry in oil
- Fry untill golden crispy.. Serve it with peanut coconut dry chutney chillies.. And enjoy vada pav sambhar😊
