  2. Knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes and keep it for rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Take a bowl. Add boiled and and grated potatoes to it. Add salt. Keep oil in kadhai for tempering. Add mustard seeds green chilli garlic paste and turmeric powder. Pour this on potato and mix it well. Add chopped coriander. Stuffing is ready
  4. Make balls of dough. Roll the balls into roti by dusting some flour.
  5. Keep stuffing as shown in picture and make roll. Make all rolls ready. Brush milk on rolls and cover it for 5 minutes with wet cloth
  6. Keep kadhai for preheating for 10 minutes. Keep stand in kadhai. Grease one plate with oil and keep all rolls in it. Keep this plate in kadhai. Cover it with lid and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes on medium flame
  7. Rolls will be baked from one side. Then slowly turn the rolls bake it from other side for 10 minutes. While removing from baking plate brush rolls with little butter or ghee so it will shine. Baked Batata vada Roll is ready to serve. Serve rolls with green chutney and tomato sauce.
