This Rava upma is made the easiest way by simply cooking dry roasted wheat semolina (rava) in water that is tempered with. Instructions to make Rava(suji) puding:
  1. Heat ghee in a pan add rava & saute on a low flame for 3-4 mins while stirring occasionally
  2. Add the milk, mix well
  3. When the milk becomes slightly thick then add sugar, cardamom powder, charoli,raisins,mix well and turn off flame.
  4. Garnish with chopped strawberries, charoli,raisins.Chill for 4 hrs before serving
