Instructions to make Sabudana vada:
- Soak sabudana in enough water for 2hours at least.
- Strain off the sabudana, transfer it into a big bowl.
- Heat oil in a deep pan to fry the vada's.
- Until then, mix the other ingredients mentioned with sabudana and mix well.
- Place some oil in your palm, and make small shaped vada's.
- When oil gets heated up, deep fry the vada's until turned golden brown and crisp from both sides.
- Drain the vada's on a paper towel.serve hot.
