  2. Heat ghee, add jeera, hing, green chilli, red round chilli, ginger and garlic, onions. Saute till golden brown. Add dry spices, moong dal. Add water as required. Add salt. Bring to a boil. Cover and keep on sim for 5 mins. Remove in serving bowl, add cream and garnish with coriander leaf. Add lime juice. Serve hot with roti or rice.
