  3. Take a pan.add oil in it now add garlic cloves. Let it cook till golden brown. Now add roasted groundnuts cook for about 2 min add salt in it.switch off the flame and add coconut powder in it. Mix well and let it cool.
  4. Grind the mixture after it gets cooled. Garlic chutney is ready.
  5. Now take potato mixture. Make round balls of it. Dip it in batter and fry it on medium flame till golden brown. Our vada is ready.
  6. Take pav.apply mayonnaise on the lower side of pav and then add onion slices..add some garlic chutney over it.now place vada on it.apply garlic chutney on top of vada.
