  9. Add half of the roasted tender coconut and half of the pomegranate to a mixer and blend well. Add this mixture to the rice and stir gently.
  10. Then add 1 tbsp homemade ghee, remaining roasted tender coconut, pomegranates, roasted walnuts, roasted celery & mint leaves. Stir.
  11. Then grate 1 cheese cube over the rice. Cover and let it remain on low heat for about 2-3 minutes. Remove from flame and serve hot.
