- Prepare 3-4 boiled and mashed potatoes

Instructions to make Sabudana vada:
- Take a bowl and add sabudana,mashed potato,chopped chilli,lemon juice,salt,crushed Peanuts and mix well to make nice mixture.
- Now make equall sized balls from it. - Take a kadai Pour oil in it and heat oil. - When oil get heat then add sabudana vada to it and fry at medium flame.
- Now fry them till Golden brown in colour. - Now take out sabudana vada.
- Serve sabudana vada with green coriander peanut chutney.
Sabudana vada or Sago vada is one of the popular Maharashtrian recipes made during Navaratri fasting(vrat). This is the first time I am trying my hands.
