- Take 1/2 tsp black salt

- Take 2 tsp Coriander leaves

- Prepare the marination by adding all the ingredients into a big mixing bowl, Add the smoked mustard oil by heating it up on high flame.
- Mix the marination well, and now put the momos one by one and coat them well using your hands gently.
- Let them rest for 2,3 minutes& then you can use wooden/ iron skewers and directly grill them over the flame. Or you can pan fry these momos on a grilling pan.
- Sprinkle some chat masala, Serve hot with salad and dip. :)
