- Firstly clean the methi leaves,wash and cut into small pieces.
- Add besan flour, methi, salt, haldi powder, red chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder, chat masala, Ginger garlic and green chilli paste, hing.
- Now add water and make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a pan.Now add 1 tsp hot oil into the mixture.Now deep fry the pakodas.
- Fry until golden brown
- Ready to serve hot with tomato sauce.
