- Rohu fish pcs ko wash kar salt laga kar dubara wash ke le Pan main oil dal ke fish pcs ko fry kar le.
- Wok main oil heat kar garlic saute ke onion afd karein bhune phir ginger,tomato and all dry masala dal ke bhune gas slow kar de.
- Long brinjal ko peel ke salty water main brinjal ko chota 2 cut ke le masala main baingan pcs add kar high flame par bhine masala main brinjal mix ho jaye toh boiled wayer add ke boil kar le fish pcs dal ke green coriander spread kar serve karein.
