  3. For the cover of karanji - mix maida & suji.Now heat the ghee &add this boiled ghee (moyan) to this mixture.
  4. Then add milk slowly & keep kneading this mixture, judge the required quantity of milk while kneading the dough. Keep this aside for 20 minutes.
  5. Now add a few drops of milk & again knead the dough. Make small balls of this dough.
  6. Now take the balls one by one & roll a nice thin puri.
  7. In the centre of the puri put a spoonful of the coconut filling.
  8. Now take a beat of milk on your finger tips & put it on half side of this puri so that when you fold it in half both the sides of circle stick well to each other.
  9. Make all karanji.
  10. Heat oil in a pan. Put karanji for frying one by one.
  11. Fry till covering turns nice golden brown.
  12. Narial karanjis are ready to eat.
