- Make ready 1 cup milk or water
- Prepare oil for fry
Basically these are fritters made with besan/gram flour and fenugreek leaves. they are usually served as a snack during tea time. Methi Na Gota- Fresh Fenugreek leaves and chick pea flour fritters. Instructions to make Methi Gota:
- Roast chanal dal on slow flame for 5 mins. let it cool. on room temperature. Now grind and make thick atta.
- Now add red chilli powder chopped chilli fresh fenugreek chopped salt turmeric powder hing sugar and add coarsely grinded mixture. mix well. Now add oil,milk, soda mix well. Batter should be thick. and rest it for 10-15 minutes.
- Now make a balls and fry on a slow flame. till it turns in golden brown colour.
- Serve hot with besan kadhi Imli jaggery chutney and mirchi
- Tasty Tasty methi Gota is ready to serve.
