Instructions to make Methi gota:
- In a bowl take besan add rava haldi powder Red chili powder crushed dhanya and black pepper salt sugar handful kothmir finely chopped green chillies and add finely chopped methi add some water and make thick paste
- Take oil in a pan for frying as oil heat pour 2 tbsp hot oil in batter and mix it properly don't make paste thin than fry gota don't do gold and serve hot For chutney take 1 tbsp bean and mix it with one glass of water consistency should be watery.. for chutney vagar take a pan add oil put some rai green chillies and curry leaves add the besan liquid add salt sugar and lemon and let it boil till it get thick….
- Serve gota hot with chutney and tea….
