- Divide the dough into equal sized balls. Roll into small discs at first and stuff each one of them with the filling. Cover from all the sides carefully and seal firmly. Now roll into Parathas with minimal force so that they don't break or the filling comes out. Cook these lovely looking Parathas from the sides smearing ghee or oil as desired.
