- Fold the roti in such a way that it takes the shape of a square. Once again dust from flour on the rolling pin and roll the roti in the form of a triangle paratha.
- Heat tawa in medium heat and place paratha fry it both side for few seconds.
- Now packet the paratha and place the egg mixture and spread the egg mixture fully.
- Cook for few minutes add ghee and cook both side well.
- Make sure the paratha and the egg mixture inside is cooked well.
- Cut into the pieces and serve with tomato sauce.
