- In a nonstick skillet or tava when it is hot put the rolled out paratha and dry roast it till firm. Then flip to the other side and brush with oil or ghee on one side and flip to the other side and roast till golden.do the same on other side and your paratha is ready to eat.
- Note:- the dry the curry you will need more water to make the dough.if you add more water by mistake just add more flour.or your dough is to stiff then add little bit of water at a time to make the dough soft.
