The peas paratha recipe is straightforward with dough and peas stuffing preparation. The peanut, also known as the groundnut, goober (US), pindar (US) or monkey nut (UK), and taxonomically classified as Arachis hypogaea, is a legume crop grown mainly for its edible seeds. It is widely grown in the tropics and subtropics. Peas paratha is my daughter fav stuffed paratha.

- Add about 1/4 cup water.
- Once water is almost over, add the peanuts and dhaniya, cumin powder and amchur.
- Mix well and keep aside to cool.
- Once it is cooled, put it all in a mixer and wizz it up a little bit.
- The mixture must not be a paste, it must be coarse.
- Make a ping pong size ball and add stuffing to it, like this
- Roll it out as this as possible without spilling the stuffing.
- Put the flattened dough on the heated griddle.
- Flip once one side is slightly cooked.
- Add ghee to the flipped side and flip over again.
- Add ghee to this side too.
- Once it is cooked well from both sides, serve with a little butter on top along with curd and pickles.
We all at home love our stuffed parathas more than the plain roti/chapathi. Peas paratha is much more tastier and quick and easy to make.
