  4. Now heat oil in a woke. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds,curry leaves,red chillies and asofodita. Let it cool for 2 minutes. Now add sambhar masala,red chilli powder and chaat masala to it. Cook it for a minute.
  5. Now add cooked dal to it and cook it for 5 minutes.
  6. Sambhar is ready. Serve it with plane rice. It tastes so yummy.
