- Making the spinach paste: Take a grinder add blanch spinach, 2green Chillies, 4-5 garlic pods, ginger piece, 2 tsp water and make fine paste. Take out in a bowl and add 1/2 cup water to the grinder. This water is needed while making the sabji.
- Take a pan/ kadai add oil cumin seed, asafoetida, chopped onions. Saute it till golden brown.
- Add corsely crush green chilli, garlic, Punjabi special masala, all spices masala and the water in the mixy.
- Let it get good boil for 5min. Add salt. When oil start releasing add spinach paste.
- Mix it well and let it shimmer for 2 min. Add paneer cubes. Mix it all well. And saute it till oil released
- Add fresh cream and Palak Paneer is ready. Serve with salad, rice, Parathas, Naan, roti. Enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy with dear ones.
