- Once it is mixed properly pour some water to it [the stuffing should turn to a crumbled texture after adding water].
- And your stuffing is ready.
- For the cover of kachori's trim the sides of the bread.
- Dip the trimed bread to the water [ very slightly] and press it.
- And the stuffing to the center of the wet bread and seal it tight.
- Praheat the oil properly. Once it is heated well put the kachoris to it and deep fry it till golden brown.
