- In a cooker take washed Rice add water and salt.
- Take 3 whistles on high flame.
- For Palak Paratha: Wash Palak leaves properly.
- Grind in grinder to a puree.
- Take whole wheat flour, add red chilli powder, salt and roasted Jeera and knead a dough using Palak puree.
- Add water if the dough is too hard.
- Heat tawa and make Palak parathas using ghee.
- How to assemble: Take a plate and arrange Rice in any pattern you want.
- Pour sabzi to one side and to on other side of Rice arrange Palak Paratha pieces.
