- Now add in the chopped tomatoes cook for 2 minutes and add the tomato paste,your sauce should resemble mine
- Now add the diced potatoes,bananas,garden peas,carrots, cook for 5 minutes turning to avoid sticking but to also give timr for the vegetables to absorb all flavours,your dish should be looking like mine now
- At this point introduce your liquid either water or stock to make it saucy,finish with coriander and season with salt n pepper
