  1. Take a pan & roast semolina (rava) for 5 min on low flame. Once done keep it aside.

  3. In a pan take oil, once hot add mustard seeds, after they start crackling, add cumin seeds, chopped green chilli and curry leaves. Give one mix
  4. Now add chopped onion, saute them till they are translucent.
  5. Next goes in chopped tomatoes, saute for 2-3 mins.
  6. Now add roasted semolina (rava) and mix now add salt to taste. Mix it again
  7. Next, slowly add the boiled water. Mix and cover the pan with a lid and keep it on low flame. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
  8. Add chopped coriander leaves
  9. Put the flame off. Serve after 2 mins.

I make it very rarely to avoid semolina, so when I make, I want it.
