- In a kadhai take oil and let it become hot. Then fry these hearts in oil on medium flame. Fry well till u get a nice golden colour.
- Remove on tissue. Serve with spicy chutney and garnish with some coriander leaves.
- Chutney is made using 2 cups coriander, 1 onion, 2 green chillies. Grind everything together and add lemon juice and salt as per taste.
Drain and rinse until water runs clear. Add chana dal and stock; lock lid in place. Turn steam release handle to SEALING position. Rinse Chana dal and remove any pebbles or unsightly peas. Place cooked peas and potatoes in a colander, rinse gently.
