- Firstly wash then peel all the vegetables.. Then cut into small thin pieces
- Now take a pressure cooker and put all the vegetables along with arhar daal & water..
- Add salt, turmeric and1spoon of oil or ghee
- Flame on
- 3-4whistles then low the flame.. Cook for 15 minutes more
- Add turmerind water &sambher masala
- Simmer
- For tadka -take a fry pan..put 1tea spoon of desi ghee.. Add mustard seeds, dry red chilli& curry leaves
- Transfer the sambher in a bowl.. Garnish with mustard seeds tadka
- Sambher is ready
- Serve hot
