- Make ready 2 tea bags (if you don't have tea bags then put 2 tsp tea in a handkerchief & tightly tie it)
- Take 1 &1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1 tsp coriander powder
- Get 2 cup water
- Take 1 tsp lemon juice
- Take salt for taste
- Prepare 1/4 cup Coriander leaves for garnishing (due to lock down I don't have coriander in my kitchen pantry so I didn't use.)

- Meanwhile your cooker release it's heat & chole is perfectly cooked. Mashed potatoes finely. Remove tea bag from cooker & transfer remaining everything to gravy.
- Garnish it with Coriander & serve hot with Puri, Paratha, Kulcha, Naan or Bhatura.
- Transfer water also to it (don't throw away because it contains high nutritious value to it.)
