- Get 2 tomatoes

- Get 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- Take 1/2 tsp vinegar
- Prepare Salt as per taste
- Take 1 tsp sugar

- Prepare stuffing by heating oil in pan add asofoetida, cumin seeds, garlic ginger, chilli, onion saute for 5 minutes now add cabbage,salt, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, coriander. Cook for 5 minutes. Do not over cook.
- Paneer stuffing : prepare same way as cabbage filling. Replace cabbage with paneer.
- For making chutney in a bowl add red chilli and tomato microwave it for 3 minutes.
- Grind it in mixer. Now heat oil add this paste and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Then add all ingredients of chutney and mix well. Chutney is ready.
- Divide the dough in small small balls. Roll it in thin small puris fill with cabbage stuffing and paneer stuffing seperately & shape them like momos by folding in small pleats.
- Steam in steamer for 10 minutes. I don't have steamer so I used idli cooker. Momos are ready.Now serve hot with spicy chutney
