- Clean to or dal take 2 cooker add dal and 2 cups water and cover lid and allow it 4 wissels another pan add chana dal,Urad dal,whole coriander,cumin seeds and dry red chillies dry roast it after roasted all ingredients meke a powder
- Take a vessel add 2 cups of water and tamarind pulp and cover the lid
- When tamarind water boiled add turmeric power, red chilli powder, salt and vegetables cover the lid and cook it in 3 minutes

- When vegetables cook properly add boiled and smashed dal 1/2cup water and take a 2 tsp (roasted chana dal, urad dal, coriander,cumin seeds, and red chillies)powder in a bowl add 2 tbsp of water make a Surry and mix it in a sambar
- For tadka take a tadka pan add 1 tsp oil mustard seeds and fennel seeds red chillies fry it after 2 seconds add onion and fry it golden brown colour now add curry leaves and transper this tadka in a Sambar add readymade Sambar powder and coriander leaves give it a good mix and switch off the flame
