  4. Add 2 tbsp water, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Now add 1 cup water and to taste salt get it to a boil. - once the water comes to a boil, add in roasted oats and mix well.
  6. Mix until the oats absorb all the water.now cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until oats gets cooked well.
  7. Add sugar and lemon juice mix well.
  8. Serve healthy oats upma immediately and enjoy.
