Instructions to make Sambar Vada:
  1. Firstly toor dal cooked in pressure cooker then heat kadai with oil add all sambar ingredients add water for consistency then sambar is ready
  2. Grind urad dal with all ingrediends of vada now that dal paste make so puffy by hand make vad shape then deep fry upto golden colour.
  3. Sambar Vada garnish with finely chopped coriander now is ready to serve
