- Add fesh breadcrumbs and mix well.
- Heat oil in a kadai, take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a ball. Slightly flatten and set aside.
- Drop in the prepared tikkis in the hot oil and deep fry till golden brown and crisp drain on an absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
