- By now the pressure would have released and strain Chole reserving the water for adding later. - Mix them well in the masala so that they get coated nicely - Cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes - Keep stirring but
- Add the same reserved and stir nicely - - Cook the Chole with gravy for 8-12 min more till gravy thickens a bit. - Adjust the consistency of gravy by adding more water if needed
- Garnish with Coriander Leaves - These chhole taste awesome with zeera rice - But can be Served with Puris, Parathas or Chapatis too.
