- Add in 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Add 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Add 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Add in a pinch of asafoetida
- Add salt as per taste
- Add in a tablespoon of chopped cilantro leaves and mix well
- Add in the cauliflower florets
- Add in 1/2 a cup of water and mix well
- Cover and cook till the cauliflower gets cooked well
- Garnish with 1 tablespoon cilantro leaves
