Instructions to make Crispy Spinach(jain/regular):
- Take the fresh spinach leaf, chop in strips, wash properly and drain it.
- Then mix turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, carom seeds, rice flour, besan, salt in palak strips…
- For Jain add green chilli paste and for regular add green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste. And mix well..
- Then in a wok heat oil take spinach mixture in hand, make a flat disk shape or give round ball shape..and deep fry in hot oil till 2 mins or it become crisp
- Serve it hot or cold with mint chutney, tomato ketchup, masala curd or as a starter with soup..
