- In a large kadai add 3 tablespoon oil and 2 tbsp butter, heat it.
- Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and saute well.
- Add boiled cauliflower, onions, capsicum and tomatoes step by step.
- Add boiled potatoes, cook and mash well.
- Add Dhaniya powder, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, turmeric powder, salt to taste and kasuri methi.
- Add three drops of food colour.
- Add water for adjusting the consistency.
- Finally, add lemon juice coriander leaves and mix it well.
- At last add 2 tbsp Amul butter.
- Now the Bhaji is ready to serve. Serve it with Pav.
