  17. Take 1-2 tsp chilli sauce,
  18. Get 2-3 tsp soy sauce,
  19. Prepare 1 cup water
  20. Make ready 1/4 tsp black pepper, crushed

  22. Prepare TO PREPARE CORN STARCH:
  23. Take 2 tsp corn flour
  24. Take 1/4 cup water

The ground/minced meat makes the koftas smooth and full of flavor. The curry, or sauce takes that flavor to another level making it delectably different from other meat dishes. You can use any ground meat to make this - I personally prefer beef or lamb when making kofta curry. Whatever type of meat you choose - know that it'll be minced in a food processor, resulting in a truly melt-in-your-mouth meatball.

  1. Firstly, peel, grate or blend lauki. add salt squeeze well.
  2. Add potato & mix well. Make small balls & fry till golden brown.
  3. GRAVY: - in a large pan, heat a tbsp of oil. add finely chopped ginger and garlic.
  4. Saute for a while. - then add onions and continue to saute for a minute.
  5. Also add capsicum and cabbage fry till the blisters appear over them.
  6. Now add red chilli sauce and soy sauce
  7. Now add red chilli sauce and soy sauce
  8. Add water first, get to a boil and then add corn starch.
  9. Add more chilli sauce if required and give a mix.
  10. Check for taste, and if you prefer more savory taste then add more soy sauce. give a good mix. - get to a boil and check for consistency.
  11. Now add pepper and salt to taste. remember, soy sauce do contain salt so be careful while adding. give a mix.
  12. Add gravy in a serving bowl then place fried kofta into a gravy.and garnish with coriander and lemon
