- Prepare 2 tbsp Cheese(mozzarella cheese)

- Take 1 Chopped onion
- Prepare 7-8 cloves Chopped garlic
- Make ready 1 Chopped tomato
- Prepare 1 tsp Chole masala
- Take 1 tsp Soya sauce
- Get 2 tbsp Vinegar
- Prepare As required Chilli sauce
- Make ready Salt as per taste
- Take As required Coriander leaves a few for garnishing
You'll need a block of frozen spinach thawed according the package instructions and a block of cream cheese too. - When milk starts boiling Add the rice boiled chickpeas and cheese. Quickly stir and mix well. Lower the flame and cook covered for 3 minutes till all the ingredients blend well. Lightly crush the chickpeas with the ladle. Check seasoning. Keep aside
- Pinch a big ball from the dough and roll it using a rolling pin. Cut equal round shapes with a cookie cutter or lid. On a skillet lightly cook the tacos adding oil and lowered flame. Remove and keep aside.
- Using toothpicks fasten the edges of the tacos as shown in picture. Give them a semi circle shape. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the tacos till crisp. Remove the toothpicks when tacos are done.
- Fill the taco shells with the chickpea mixture and garnish with coriander leaves. The dish is "Ready To Serve".
