Kuih Talam Suji sangat sedap lemak manis.sesuai untuk di hidangkan waktu sarapan pagi dan minuman petang .sesuai untuk semua majlis . Untuk membuat kuih talam suji ini, akak bahagikan kepada dua bahan iaitu Bahan Lapisan Bawah dan Bahan Lapisan Atas. Untuk lapisan bawah , akak ikut seperti di bawah ini satu persatu ye. Kandungan : Tepung Suji, Tepung Ubi, Tepung Gandum, Tepung Jagung, Telur, Gula Santan dll.
